John C. Thomas ist ein US-amerikanischer Drehbuchautor, der in Kalifornien lebt. Zusammen mit seinem Bruder Jim Thomas schrieb er die Drehbücher zahlreicher Filme bzw. war maßgeblich an deren Entstehung beteiligt, darunter Predator (1987), Predator 2 (1990), Executive Decision (1996), Wild Wild West (1999) und Behind Enemy Lines (2001), der den Grundstein für eine Filmreihe legte.
