Kathy Ann Najimy (* 6. Februar 1957) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin, die vor allem durch ihre Rollen als Olive Massery in der Fernsehserie „Veronica's Closet“, Schwester Mary Patrick in „Sister Act“ und als Stimme von Peggy Hill in der Zeichentrickserie „King of the Hill“ bekannt wurde. Vor ihrer Filmkarriere erlangte sie Bekanntheit durch zwei Off-Broadway-Shows mit Mo Gaffney, in denen sie als Duo Kathy und Mo auftraten. Eine dieser Shows wurde als Comedy-Special auf HBO ausgestrahlt und brachte Najimy ihre erste landesweite Fangemeinde ein.
