Polly Dean Holliday (* 2. Juli 1937) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin, die auf der Bühne, im Fernsehen und im Film mitwirkte. Bekannt wurde sie vor allem durch ihre Rolle als freche Kellnerin Florence Jean „Flo“ Castleberry in der Sitcom „Alice“ aus den 1970er-Jahren, die sie auch in dem kurzlebigen Spin-off „Flo“ verkörperte. Ihr Ausruf „Leck mich am Arsch!“ ist bis heute der bekannteste Spruch aus der Serie „Alice“.
