Fay Holden (26. September 1893 – 23. Juni 1973) war eine in Großbritannien geborene, in den USA lebende Schauspielerin. Zu Beginn ihrer Karriere war sie unter dem Namen Gaby Fay bekannt. Geboren als Dorothy Fay Hammerton in Birmingham, England, wirkte sie zwischen 1935 und 1958 in 46 Filmen mit, ist aber vor allem für ihre wiederkehrende Rolle als Emily Hardy, Mickey Rooneys Mutter, in der MGM-Filmreihe „Andy Hardy“ bekannt.
