Penny Johnson Jerald (* 14. März 1961) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Jerald wurde vor allem durch die Rolle der Sherry Palmer in der Fernsehserie 24 bekannt. Sie absolvierte viele Gastauftritte in bekannten Serien wie Akte X – Die unheimlichen Fälle des FBI, Frasier, Grace, Cosby und Practice – Die Anwälte. 2003 spielte Johnson Jerald die US-Außenministerin Condoleezza Rice in DC 9/11: Time of Crisis. Von 2007 bis 2008 spielte sie die Rolle der Dean Etwood in der Dramaserie October Road. Von der vierten bis zur siebten Staffel war sie als Captain Victoria Gates in der Krimiserie Castle zu sehen. Seit 2018 ist sie in der Rolle der Schiffsärztin Dr. Claire Finn in der Serie The Orvill zu sehen.
