Colin Edward Quinn (* 6. Juni 1959) ist ein US-amerikanischer Stand-up-Comedian, Schauspieler und Autor. Im Fernsehen ist er vor allem für seine Auftritte bei „Saturday Night Live“ bekannt, wo er die Rubrik „Weekend Update“ moderierte, sowie für seine Rolle als Ansager und Sidekick in der MTV-Spielshow „Remote Control“ der 1980er-Jahre und als Moderator der Late-Night-Panelshow „Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn“ auf Comedy Central. Zu seinen bemerkenswerten Filmrollen zählen Dooey in „A Night at the Roxbury“, Dickey Bailey in den „Kindsköpfe“-Filmen und Amy Schumers Vater in „Dating Queen“.
