Fred Wood (geboren am 26. Oktober 1922 in Rotherhithe, London) starb im Januar 2003 und war ein englischer Schauspieler. Wood war vor allem für seine Rollen in „Star Wars“ (1977), „Der Elefantenmensch“ (1980) und „Liebesgrüße aus Moskau“ (1963) bekannt. Da einige seiner amerikanischen Filme teilweise oder vollständig in Großbritannien gedreht wurden, wirkte Wood in zahlreichen amerikanischen Filmen mit. Als britischer Schauspieler und Nebendarsteller war er von den späten 1940er-Jahren bis 2001 in britischen Filmen und seit den 1950er-Jahren im Fernsehen aktiv. Er spielte in einer Vielzahl von Fernsehserien mit, darunter „Dangerman“, „Gideon's Way“, „Die Profis“, „Der Baron“ und „Gone to Seed“ (1992).
