James „Jim“ Sharman (* 12. März 1945) ist ein australischer Regisseur und Drehbuchautor für Film und Theater mit über 70 Produktionen. In Australien ist er seit den 1960er-Jahren für seine Theaterregie bekannt, international jedoch vor allem als Regisseur des Theaterhits „The Rocky Horror Show“ (1973), dessen Verfilmung „The Rocky Horror Picture Show“ (1975) und der Fortsetzung „Shock Treatment“ (1981).
