Michael Aaron Milligan (*18. Juli 1980 in Victoria, Texas) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, Stuntman, Stunt Coordinator und Produzent. Er wuchs in Kalifornien und Georgia auf und war zunächst Sänger der R&B/Pop-Gruppe Next Page, bevor er 2004 nach Los Angeles zog und seine Schauspielkarriere begann. Milligan ist bekannt aus Filmen wie Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Let's Be Cops, Imperium, Samaritan und The Suicide Squad . Im Fernsehen trat er unter anderem in Serien wie 24: Legacy, The Gifted, MacGyver, Ozark, The Purge – Die Säuberung, Outer Banks (als Macias) und Ruthless (als Agent Aiden Kane) auf. Seit 2013 arbeitet er auch regelmäßig als Stuntman und Stunt Coordinator. In aktuellen Produktionen ist er unter anderem im Film F1 (2025) und als Produzent und Schauspieler in weiteren Projekten wie Blood Behind Us und der Serie Ruthless zu sehen.
