Roscoe Todd Karns (15. Januar 1921 – 5. Februar 2000) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler.[1] Am bekanntesten ist er wohl für seine Rolle als George Baileys jüngerer Bruder Harry Bailey in dem Film „Ist das Leben nicht schön?“ aus dem Jahr 1946.
