Paul Edward Winfield (22. Mai 1939 – 7. März 2004) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler. Bekannt wurde er durch seine Darstellung eines Landpächters aus Louisiana, der während der Großen Depression um den Untergang seiner Familie kämpft, in dem wegweisenden Film „Sounder“, für den er eine Oscar-Nominierung erhielt. Winfield verkörperte außerdem Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in der Fernseh-Miniserie „King“, wofür er für einen Emmy nominiert wurde.
