John Randolph (* 1. Juni 1915 in New York City, New York als Emanuel Hirsch Cohen; † 24. Februar 2004 in Hollywood, Kalifornien) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler. In den 1930er Jahren interessierte sich Randolph für Politik und Theaterwissenschaft. Er machte seinen Schauspiel-Abschluss am City College of New York. 1940 wandelte er seinen Namen in John Randolph um. Randolph wurde 1955 auf die sogenannte Schwarze Liste gesetzt, nach dem er sich geweigert hatte, vor dem Komitee für unamerikanische Umtriebe auszusagen. Sein Filmdebüt gab Randolph 1948 in dem Film The Naked City von Jules Dassin. Zwischen 1949 und 1965 war er in unzähligen Fernsehserien und -filmen zu sehen. 1966 besetzte ihn John Frankenheimer für die Hauptrolle in dem Thriller Der Mann, der zweimal lebte. Danach spielte er in zahlreichen Filmen Hauptrollen oder bedeutende Nebenrollen. Zu seinen bekanntesten Filmen gehören Der Engel mit der Mörderhand (1967), Zwei dreckige Halunken (1969), Serpico (1973), King Kong (1976) und Die Ehre der Prizzis (1985).
