Philip Barantini (* 13. Juli 1980) ist ein britischer Regisseur, Produzent, Drehbuchautor und Schauspieler. Bekannt für seine intensiven, in sich abgeschlossenen Filme, führte er Regie bei „Boiling Point“ (2021), der dazugehörigen Serie (2023) und der Miniserie „Adolescence“ (2025), in denen jeweils Stephen Graham die Hauptrolle spielte. Als Schauspieler wirkte er unter anderem in „Dream Team“, „Band of Brothers“ und „The Responder“ mit.
