Matt Malloy ist ein US-amerikanischer Charakterdarsteller. Er hat in zahlreichen Film- und Fernsehproduktionen mitgewirkt und dabei oft den geplagten Durchschnittsmenschen verkörpert. Seine bisher einzige Hauptrolle spielte Malloy an der Seite von Aaron Eckhart in der von der Kritik gefeierten schwarzen Komödie „In the Company of Men“. Er hatte außerdem Gastauftritte in sechs Folgen von „Six Feet Under“ in den Jahren 2004 und 2005 und spielte neben Nicole Kidman in dem Film „Die Frauen von Stepford“. Bekannter ist er jedoch für seine Rolle als Dr. Griffiths in der Serie „Charmed – Zauberhafte Hexen“. Er spielte eine wichtige Rolle in einer Folge, in der eine der Hauptfiguren, Prue Halliwell (gespielt von Shannen Doherty), stirbt. Malloy hat außerdem in mehreren Folgen der langjährigen Radiosendung „This American Life“ des Senders WBEZ als Sprecher mitgewirkt.
