Patricia Neal, bürgerlich Patsy Louise Neal (* 20. Januar 1926 in Packard, Kentucky; † 8. August 2010 in Edgartown, Massachusetts), war eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Patricia Neal begann ihre Karriere am Broadway und erhielt 1947 den Tony Award als beste Nebendarstellerin. Ihr Filmdebüt hatte sie 1949 an der Seite von Ronald Reagan in John Loves Mary. 1957 spielte sie in Ein Gesicht in der Menge an der Seite von Walter Matthau und Lee Remick. 1964 erhielt Neal den Oscar als beste Hauptdarstellerin in Der Wildeste unter Tausend. 1969 wurde sie für den Film Rosen für die Lady erneut für den Oscar nominiert.
