Peter Riegert (* 11. April 1947) ist ein US-amerikanischer Bühnen- und Filmschauspieler, Drehbuchautor und Regisseur. Zu seinen bekanntesten Filmrollen zählen Donald „Boon“ Schoenstein in „Animal House“ (1978), der Ölmanager „Mac“ MacIntyre in „Local Hero“ (1983), der Gurkenladenbesitzer Sam Posner in „Crossing Delancey“ (1988) und Oberstleutnant MacIntyre „Mitch“ Kellaway in „Die Maske“ (1994). Im Fernsehen ist er vor allem für seine Darstellung des korrupten Abgeordneten Ronald Zellman in der Fernsehserie „Die Sopranos“ bekannt.
