Joseph Vincent Lo Truglio (* 2. Dezember 1970) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, Komiker, Drehbuchautor und Produzent. Bekannt wurde er vor allem durch seine Rolle als Charles Boyle in der Fox/NBC-Sitcom „Brooklyn Nine-Nine“. Er spielte außerdem in den Fernsehserien „The State“ und „Reno 911!“ mit. Zu seinen bekanntesten Filmrollen zählen „Wet Hot American Summer“, „I Love You, Man“, „Superbad“, „Paul“, „Role Models“ und „Wanderlust“.
