Samuel Roy Hagar (* 13. Oktober 1947 in Salinas, Kalifornien) ist ein US-amerikanischer Sänger, Gitarrist und Songwriter. Er begann seine Karriere 1973 als Sänger der Band Montrose, war von 1985 bis 1996 sowie im Jahr 2004 Sänger bei Van Halen und gründete 2008 die Band Chickenfoot. Wegen seiner Vorliebe für die Farbe Rot erhielt er den Spitznamen „The Red Rocker“.
