Terence Reginald Kelly (* 12. Juni 1944) ist ein kanadischer Film-, Fernseh- und Theaterschauspieler. Bekannt wurde er vor allem durch seine Rolle als RCMP-Beamter Sergeant Wilkes in „Red Sergeant“, für die er 1987 bei den 2. Gemini Awards als Bester Schauspieler in einem Drama oder einer Miniserie nominiert wurde, sowie durch seine Rolle als Opa Heffley in der „Gregs Tagebuch“-Reihe.
