Eddie Parker (12. Dezember 1900 – 20. Januar 1960) war ein US-amerikanischer Stuntman und Schauspieler, der in zahlreichen Filmklassikern, vorwiegend Western und Horrorfilmen, mitwirkte. Zu seinen bekanntesten Filmen und Serien zählen „Batman“ (1943, als Stuntdouble von Lewis Wilson), „Der blutige Geist“, „Abbott und Costello treffen die Mumie“ (als Mumie) und Alfred Hitchcocks „Das Fenster zum Hof“ sowie viele klassische Universal-Horrorfilme. Er hatte drei Gastauftritte in der frühen Fernsehserie „Tales of the Texas Rangers“ und war dort auch als Stuntman tätig. Parker starb 1960 an einem Herzinfarkt.
