Anthony Stewart Head ist ein britischer Schauspieler, der von 2020 bis 2023 in der TV-Serie Ted Lasso die Rolle des Rupert Mannion, des ehemaligen Besitzers von AFC Richmond, spielte. Rupert ist eine ambivalente Figur, die in der Serie als Rivale der Hauptfiguren auftritt und als eine Art „Antagonist“ gilt, oft als unsympathischer Charakter dargestellt, dem aber durch Heads Darstellung auch eine gewisse menschliche Tiefe verliehen wird. Anthony Head, bekannt aus früheren Rollen wie Rupert Giles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, bringt in Ted Lasso einen komplexen Charakter mit moralischen Grauzonen und Charme ein, der im Gegensatz zu anderen eher sympathischen Figuren der Serie steht.
