Efrem Zimbalist Jr. war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, bekannt für seine Hauptrollen in den Fernsehserien „77 Sunset Strip“ und „The F.B.I.“. Er spielte außerdem die wiederkehrende Rolle des „Dandy Jim Buckley“ in der Serie „Maverick“ und lieh Alfred Pennyworth in „Batman: The Animated Series“ und den dazugehörigen Ablegern seine Stimme. Darüber hinaus sprach er Doctor Octopus in der Spider-Man-Zeichentrickserie der 1990er-Jahre und im Spider-Man-Action-Adventure-Videospiel für PC, Dreamcast und PlayStation aus dem Jahr 2000 sowie Justin Hammer in der zweiten Staffel der Iron-Man-Zeichentrickserie von 1994.
