Nicholas Scott „Nick“ Cannon (* 8. Oktober 1980) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, Komiker, Rapper, Musikproduzent sowie Radio- und Fernsehmoderator. Im Fernsehen begann Cannon seine Karriere als Teenager-Sketch-Comedian in der Sendung „All That“, bevor er später Sendungen wie „The Nick Cannon Show“, „Wild 'N Out“ und „America's Got Talent“ moderierte. Er spielte in den Filmen „Drumline“, „Love Don't Cost a Thing“ und „Roll Bounce“ mit. Als Rapper veröffentlichte er 2003 sein selbstbetiteltes Debütalbum mit der Hitsingle „Gigolo“, einer Kollaboration mit R. Kelly. 2006 nahm Cannon die Singles „Dime Piece“ und „My Wife“ für ein geplantes Album mit dem Titel „Stages“ auf, das jedoch nie veröffentlicht wurde. Cannon heiratete am 30. April 2008 die Sängerin Mariah Carey.
