Matt McCoy (* 20. Mai 1958) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler. McCoy wurde in Washington, D.C. geboren. Seit seiner Rolle als Sergeant Nick Lassard in zwei „Polizeiakademie“-Filmen wirkte er unter anderem in Curtis Hansons Filmen „Die Hand an der Wiege“ (1992) und „L.A. Confidential“ (1997) sowie in der Actionkomödie „National Security“ (2003) an der Seite von Martin Lawrence und Steve Zahn mit. McCoy ist auch regelmäßig im Fernsehen zu sehen; so spielte er beispielsweise die Hauptrolle in der NBC-Sitcom „We Got It Made“ und hatte Gastauftritte in Serien wie „Mord ist ihr Hobby“, „Star Trek: Das nächste Jahrhundert“, „Golden Girls“, „Die Nanny“, „L.A. Law“, „Melrose Place“, „NYPD Blue“, „Chicago Hope“, „Sabrina – Total verhext!“, „Six Feet Under“, „The West Wing“, „Carnivàle“, „CSI: NY“ und „Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip“. McCoy spielte außerdem Lloyd Braun in zwei Folgen von Seinfeld (die Rolle wurde in einer früheren Folge von Peter Keleghan gespielt).
