Cesar Julio Romero Jr. (15. Februar 1907 – 1. Januar 1994) war ein kubanisch-amerikanischer Film- und Fernsehschauspieler, der fast sechzig Jahre lang in Film, Radio und Fernsehen tätig war. Sein breites Spektrum an Rollen umfasste lateinamerikanische Liebende, historische Figuren in Kostümdramen, Charaktere in leichten Komödien und die Rolle des Jokers in der Batman-Fernsehserie.
