Joseph „Joe“ Francesco DeLores Eliot Pesci (* 9. Februar 1943 in Newark, New Jersey) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler und Sänger. Er wurde insbesondere für seine Darstellung von gewalttätigen Figuren, häufig Ganoven und Mafiosi, bekannt. Für seine Rolle im Film Good Fellas – Drei Jahrzehnte in der Mafia wurde er 1991 mit dem Oscar ausgezeichnet.
