David Spielberg (6. März 1939 – 1. Juni 2016) war ein US-amerikanischer Film- und Fernsehschauspieler. Spielberg wurde in Weslaco, Texas, geboren und lebte in Mercedes, Texas. Sein Vater war ein rumänisch-jüdischer Einwanderer, seine Mutter eine mexikanisch-amerikanische Lehrerin. Nach zwei Jahren Dienst in der US-Marine schrieb er sich an der University of Texas ein. Zwei Sommer als Schauspieler in New York City veranlassten ihn, das Studium abzubrechen und nach New York zu ziehen, um eine Schauspielkarriere zu verfolgen. Er war nicht mit dem US-amerikanischen Filmregisseur Steven Spielberg verwandt. Spielbergs Filmdebüt gab er 1972 in „Die Wirkung von Gammastrahlen auf Ringelblumen“. Außerdem wirkte er in Newman's Law (1974), Law and Disorder (1974), Hustle (1975), American Raspberry (1977), The Choirboys (1977), Real Life (1979), Winter Kills (1979), Christine (1983), The Stranger (1987), Alice (1990) und Red Ribbon Blues (1996) mit.
