Jemaine Atea Mahana Clement (* 10. Januar 1974 in Masterton, Neuseeland) ist ein neuseeländischer Schauspieler, Komiker, Musiker und Filmemacher. Gemeinsam mit Bret McKenzie bildet er das musikalische Comedy-Duo Flight of the Conchords, mit dem er mehrere Alben veröffentlichte und die gleichnamige Comedyserie für BBC und HBO entwickelte, wofür er mehrfach für den Emmy nominiert wurde. Bekannt ist er zudem aus Filmen wie „Eagle vs Shark“ (2007), „Gentlemen Broncos“ (2009), „Men in Black 3“ (2012), „Avatar: The Way of Water“ (2022) sowie als Synchronsprecher in „Ich – Einfach unverbesserlich“ (2010), „Rio“ (2011), „Rio 2“ (2014) und „Vaiana“ (2016). 2014 gab er sein Regiedebüt mit „5 Zimmer Küche Sarg“ (Original: What We Do in the Shadows), das er zusammen mit Taika Waititi schrieb, inszenierte und in dem er mitspielte. Später wurde daraus auch eine erfolgreiche TV-Serie.
