Enzo Barboni (1922–2002) war ein italienischer Filmregisseur und Kameramann, der vor allem für seine Western bekannt ist. Geboren am 7. Januar 1922 in Rom, arbeitete Barboni zunächst als Kameramann, bevor er in den 1960er-Jahren sein Regiedebüt gab. Internationale Bekanntheit erlangte er durch seine Zusammenarbeit mit Terence Hill und Bud Spencer. Zu seinen bekanntesten Filmen zählen „Sie nennen mich Trinity“ (1970) und „Trinity Is Still My Name“ (1971), die zu Ikonen des Spaghetti-Western-Genres wurden. Barbonis Filme zeichneten sich durch ihre gelungene Mischung aus Action, Humor und charismatischen Darbietungen aus.
