Bekannt wurde sie vor allem durch ihre Rolle als Joy Turner in der NBC-Sitcom „My Name Is Earl“, für die sie für zwei Emmy Awards nominiert war (einen gewann), sowie für einen Golden Globe Award und einen Screen Actors Guild Award.
