Lisa Gay Hamilton (geb. 25. März 1964) ist eine amerikanische Film-, Fernseh- und Theaterschauspielerin, die für ihre Rolle als Anwältin Rebecca Washington beim ABC-Rechtsdrama The Practice und für ihre von der Kritik gefeierte Performance als junge Sethe in Jonathan Demmes Verfilmung von Toni Morrison's Beloved bekannt ist. Ihre Theater-Credits umfassen Measure for Measure (Isabella), Henry IV Parts I & II (Lady Hotspur), Athol Fugard's, Valley Song und The Ohio State Murders.
