Claire Du Brey (geboren als Clara Violet Dubrey, 31. August 1892 – 1. August 1993) war eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Zwischen 1916 und 1959 wirkte sie in über 200 Filmen mit. Ihr Name wird manchmal auch als Claire Du Bray oder Claire Dubrey geschrieben. Du Breys Filmkarriere begann bei den Universal Studios, und sie spielte im Laufe der Zeit für fast alle großen Filmstudios. Zu ihren bekanntesten Filmen zählen „Anything Once“ (1917), „Social Briars“ (1918), „The Devil's Trail“ (1919), „What Every Woman Wants“ (1919) und „Dangerous Hours“ (1919). Weitere Filme mit ihr sind „The Wishing Ring Man“, „The Spite Bride“, „The World Aflame“ und „The Walk Offs“. Mit dem Aufkommen des Tonfilms ging ihre Karriere zurück, und sie spielte später hauptsächlich kleinere Rollen. Du Brey war sportlich begabt und glänzte im Schwimmen, Reiten, Golfen, Tennis und Autofahren. Sie war 1,70 Meter groß, wog 59 Kilogramm, hatte kastanienbraunes Haar und braune Augen und interessierte sich sehr für Gartenbau.
