Er arbeitete mit Paul Wernick zusammen und schrieb die Drehbücher zu den Filmen „Zombieland“, „G.I. Joe: Die Abrechnung“, „Life“, „Deadpool“, „Deadpool 2“ und „Deadpool & Wolverine“. Gemeinsam entwickelten sie auch die Reality-Show „The Joe Schmo Show“.
