Paulina Porizkova-Ocasek (geboren als Pavlína Pořízková am 9. April 1965) ist ein tschechoslowakisches Model und Schauspielerin. Im Alter von achtzehn Jahren war sie die erste Frau aus Osteuropa, die das Cover der Bademodenausgabe von Sports Illustrated zierte. Sie war nach Christie Brinkley die zweite Frau, die zweimal in Folge (1984 und 1985) auf dem Titelbild dieser Ausgabe abgebildet war.
