Bekannt wurde er durch seine Rollen als Bruder Tuck in „Robin Hood – König der Diebe“, Dr. Swanson in „Office Space“ sowie durch seine Sprechrollen in Zeichentrickfilmen und Videospielen wie „Final Fantasy X“, „Das große Krabbeln“, „Spawn“, „Das Schloss im Himmel“, „Der Schatzplanet“ und „Happily N'Ever After“. Er war Gast in der britischen Original-Fernsehshow „Whose Line Is It Anyway?“.
