Lisa Jane Persky (* 5. Mai 1955 in New York City, New York) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Persky wurde als Tochter von Jane Holley (geb. Wilson) und Mort Persky geboren. Sie wuchs in New Yorks Greenwich Village auf und besuchte die High School of Art and Design. Sie debütierte als Robert Duvalls Tochter in Der große Santini (1979) und spielte anschließend in Filmen wie American Pop (1981), The Big Easy – Der große Leichtsinn (1986), Harry und Sally (1989), Die Coneheads (1993), KISS – Attack of the Phantoms (1978) und Peggy Sue hat geheiratet (1986) mit. In den 1970er Jahren schrieb sie für das Magazin New York Rocker und war mit dem ehemaligen Blondie-Bassist Gary Valentine Lachman liiert. Am 19. Januar 2008 heiratete sie den Musikhistoriker und ehemaligen Co-Star der Comedy Central-Gameshow Beat the Geeks, Andy Zax. In den Jahren 2009 und 2010 trat Persky regelmäßig in der Radiosendung The Best Show auf WFMU auf, sowohl als regelmäßige Anruferin als auch als Special Guest im Studio.
