Steven Siro Vai (* 6. Juni 1960 auf Long Island, New York) ist ein US-amerikanischer Gitarrist, Komponist und Produzent. Erste größere Bekanntheit erlangte er ab Anfang der 1980er-Jahre in der Band von Frank Zappa – aufgrund seiner Virtuosität von diesem als „Stunt-Gitarrist“ bezeichnet – und anschließend als Gitarrist für David Lee Roth. Vai ist seit Jahren Endorser für Ibanez, Solokünstler und dreifacher Grammy-Award-Träger.
