Walter Brooke (23. Oktober 1914 – 20. August 1986) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler. Bekannt wurde er vor allem durch seine Rolle als Mr. McGuire in „Die Reifeprüfung“, wo er den berühmten Satz „Plastik!“ sprach. Auch seine Darstellung des Staatsanwalts Frank Scanlon in der Fernsehserie „The Green Hornet“ ist unvergessen. Brooke stand 1957 in der Bühnenproduktion „Versteckspiel“ am Shubert Theatre in Washington, D.C. Brooke starb am 20. August 1986 im Alter von 71 Jahren an einem Lungenemphysem.
