Noel Madison (geboren als Noel Nathaniel Moscovitch; 30. April 1897 – 6. Januar 1975) war ein US-amerikanischer Charakterdarsteller der 1930er und 1940er Jahre und wirkte in 75 Filmen mit, oft in der Rolle eines Gangsters. Madison wurde in New York City geboren und war der Sohn des Schauspielers Maurice Moscovitch und seiner Frau Rose. Neben seiner Theaterarbeit in den Vereinigten Staaten trat er auch in England und Australien auf.
