Roel Reiné ist ein niederländischer Filmregisseur. Gelegentlich verwendet er das Pseudonym John Rebel (Bear, Wolf Town). Seine Produktionsfirma heißt Rebel Film. Reiné begann in seinem Heimatland mit der Regie von Fernsehserien und Filmen, zog dann nach Hollywood und spezialisierte sich auf Direct-to-DVD-Fortsetzungen wie „Death Race 2“ und „Hard Target 2“. Er engagierte sich auch im US-Fernsehen und führte Regie bei Episoden von „Inhumans“, „Wu Assassins“ und „Halo“. Bei vielen seiner Projekte fungiert Reiné auch als Kameramann.
