With an unmistakable cast and symbolic décor, the Starz-Borowiec duo once again creates a congenial video translation of the music of the Viennese song writer Voodoo Jürgens, who muses about love, the past, and Ludwig Hirsch’s “big black bird” in the melancholic tango “Federkleid.”
