It is about an amateur writer's marriage for money. Naci, a clerk, is also an amateur writer. The lawyer he works for makes an offer to Naci. Accordingly, if Naci marries Mahmut Bey's daughter Mine, he will be given a printing house and a large amount of money. Again, according to the agreement, the couple must divorce at the end of a year. Thanks to this offer, Naci will be able to publish his novel, which he has been putting on hold because he has no money. Naci accepts the offer.
