Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation - East Meets West (1998)
The most radical superheroes on the planet are now full-grown Ninjas, and in this live-action adventure, "East Meets West," they discover a new enemy, the nefarious Dragon Lord -- and a new friend, Venus de Milo, a female Mutant Turtle. Together, the Turtles must outsmart and defeat the Dragon Lord and his warriors before they carry out their evil plans to achieve total invincibility and conquer the universe!
