Vincent Van Gogh (1996)
A film from the series "Impressions" made using the technique of painting on celluloid. Using selected paintings by Van Gogh, the author of the film presents the story of the painter's life. From his first impressionist paintings, through paintings that distort the perception of the world. The nervousness of the lines and patches of color, the increasing expression of colors, symbolize the artist's descent into madness.
