Zanjera Macupit is one of the oldest traditional communal irrigation systems in the town of Bacarra, Ilocos Norte. Many problems in agriculture challenge their organization such as the lack of adequate irrigation in the canals. How can a small farmers' organization like Zanjera Macupit overcome such challenges?
