Mabel rediscovers her passion for dance, catching the eye of a female dance group. They invite her to join, offering solace and sisterhood. Yet, their bond is tested by their manipulative coach, who demands performances even during menstruation. Mabel uncovers a shocking secret: her best friend Tanya is having an affair with the coach. Feeling betrayed, Mabel grapples with morality. At a rave, psychedelic drugs reveal the group's true nature as a cult, worshiping divine feminine energy. Embracing her role, Mabel leads a ritualistic ceremony, defeating their oppressor and ushering in a new era of empowerment.
