Did you know that our eating habits have a greater impact on the climate than our cars? The production of food for human consumption accounts for 37% of global greenhouse gas emissions, compared to only 28% for transportation, for example. When we eat, we have a direct impact on the planet! Guy Lagache takes us into the field to answer a simple question: how is it possible to feed ourselves without jeopardizing the environmental balance? How can we continue to enjoy our food... without destroying the planet?
