Big Wok Chef (2019)
Chef Aaron's claypot rice is excellent, but unpopular among customers. Feeling very depressed, he drowned his sorrows in alcohol every day, which eventually led to the loss of his sense of taste. Desolated, he continued to cook without putting his heart in it. Ironically, the “heartless” food cooked by Aaron won high acclaim from customers and the comments in the Internet were overwhelmingly positive. People raved about his dishes, and the restaurant gradually became famous, turning into a “check-in” hot spot in the Central and Western District. Chef Aaron’s career took off with flying colours and he became a first-class celebrity chef in the city. He was invited to attend the legendary food program “Taste Kitchen” and suddenly recovered his taste. He then realised that his cooking tasted awful…..
