The Struggle (1931)
Spanning from 1911 into the Prohibition era, Jimmie Wilson picks up drinking. When he falls in love with and proposes to Florrie, he vows to stop. The young couple gets married, has a daughter and enjoys a happy family life until old habits rise again.
