Laleh - Välkommen hem (2022)
Since her breakthrough in 2005 with her self-titled debut, she has achieved great success. Laleh is one of Sweden’s most acclaimed and talked-about artists, yet also one of the most private. What are the things she prefers not to speak about, but is happy to share through her music? In this film, we follow the artist and her friends leading up to the major concert at Ullevi, where Laleh will celebrate her 40th birthday and become the first Swedish female headliner to take the stage at the country’s largest arena. It is an intimate portrait and a journey from Hammarkullen to the big stages—and a place in the hearts of the Swedish people.
